| Practice Hours and Appointments |
Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on major holidays.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis, and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you.

We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to complete all required forms.
Request medical records from your Primary Care Physician and/or your Referring Physician well in advance of your appointment.
On occasion, your physician may need to attend to an emergency that could impact your appointment. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible of any changes.
A Digestive Disease Associates physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If necessary to call after office hours, leave your information with the answering service and a physician will return your call as soon as possible. To cancel your appointment, kindly give at least a 24-hour notice.
